Our journey began in June 2022 when we arrived at this picturesque plot of land nestled in Harleton, just a stone’s throw north of Longview. Rooted in our faith in Jesus and the serene rhythms of country life, we’ve found our own piece of paradise here in Texas.
We’re the Hermans, a spirited family with a dream of country living. Alongside our energetic elementary school kids, we’re a dynamic team dedicated to this homestead adventure, working the land with passion and purpose. Amidst the hustle of our corporate gigs, we embrace the call of self-sufficiency and hearty living. Despite our busy days, we seize every spare moment to sow love and sweat into our little slice of paradise, knowing that through God, all things are possible.
With aspirations as vast as the Texas sky, we’re committed to expanding and enriching our homestead. Mandie dreams of a family milk cow and the gentle rhythm of hooves, while she tends to our orchard, berry patches, and growing vegetable garden.
We’re also proud to offer Idaho Pasture pigs, piglets, and fresh eggs, with plans for further expansion. Our mission is to provide consciously raised, nourishing goods for our community.
